Common questions

Not covered here? Call and ask. You will get a straight answer.

How much does a repair cost?

It depends on what is wrong, so we diagnose first and give you the price before any work begins. There are no hidden fees, and seniors and veterans get a discount.

How long will my computer be gone?

Many repairs are finished the same day or the next. Remote fixes often happen while you are on the phone. Parts orders and data recovery can take longer, and we will tell you up front.

Should I keep using a drive that is failing?

No. If a drive is clicking, slow to start or disappearing, turn the computer off and call. Every extra hour of use can make recovery harder.

Do you work on Macs and Linux?

Yes. Our technicians support Windows, Mac and Linux equally, along with every major brand and custom builds.

Is it worth repairing an older computer?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. We will tell you honestly whether a repair or upgrade makes sense, or whether a new or refurbished machine is the better value.

Do you only work with businesses?

Not at all. We look after individuals, families and home offices as well as small and mid-size businesses.
